There will be a conductor guiding you thru out the video, make sure you drink a lot of water and wear lots of deodorant because your going to sweat but that's if you actually tried your best but don't push it to hard. The burn outs are tiring but fun to do, the more you do T25 the more your body will build and be more healthy.

Challenge of the Week
Hey guys sorry I haven't posted in a long time but today I'm here to share a great excersise workout for you to try at home! During our school hours we had to do T25 which is a workout you have to do for 25 minutes straight. In my school we had to do this for 6 gym periods and there's no stopping. We were also evaluated on how we did it, this excersise will keep you in shape and fit depends how much times you have done it. There is a modified mode which is a more slower and simpler way then actually doing the excersise how it's supposed to be for example if you start feeling tired don't STOP just switch over to modify.

W.I.K
- At one location it takes him 5 hours to cut the entire lawn with the push Mower
- Takes 70 minutes with the powerful riding mower
- After 90% of the lawn was cut using the powerful riding mower the remainder was cut using the push mower
- How many minutes did it take to cut the lawn?
Since it takes 70 minutes to mow the lawn with the powerful riding mower and it cleared 90% of cutting the lawn we need to multiply 90% with 70 to see how much minutes it took with the powerful mower
90% <-- change to a decimal
0.9x70 = 63
--------------
Now for the push mowers, it takes about 5 hours just to mow the lawn, and 90% was already mowed with the Powerful Riding mower so we have to change it into minutes by multiplying 60 minutes with 5 hours
5x60= 300
We have to put that into minute to fit that 10%
So multiply 10% and 300
10% <-- change to decimal
0.10x300 = 30
So it takes 30 minutes to mow the lawn with the push mower

Barry Schwartz Practical Wisdom
What is Practical Wisdom?
_______________________
Practical Wisdom is described as a virtue of a practical reasoning. Virtue is the act of goodness, kindness and the behaviour of showing those acts of moral standards. It describes both ways of theoretical reasoning and practical reasoning of an act of virtue.
_______________________
2. I do agree with this argument because the arguments and reasons that were pointed out made me understand more about this virtue of Practical Wisdom. It´s beneficial for the audience and towards the viewers because when Barry Schwartz was presenting his speech on Practical Wisdom he described about practical reasoning and virtue for thriving for your goal and in order to do that you need to be courageous, show goodness, decency and kindness that's how you're going to achieve your goal. Practical Wisdom is like bending the rules but still making the good out of it.
_______________________
3. I would say I've done and well made a lot of good choices that I would call Practical Wisdom. I make good choices on what I choose, well that's sometimes. I have done a right amount of Practical Wisdom but not all the time it depends in the situation I'm in... wondering what I'm going to do next either making the right choice or not. For example say if you bring your ipod to school and your not aloud to then you end up loosing it. The wise choice would of been to leave it at home then to bringing it to school for no reason. And I would leave it home if I knew I wasn't supposed to.

Problem Of The Week - Tunnel Vision

What I Know-
*The train is 1000 metres long
*the tunnel is 3000 metres long
Since we have to find the speed of the tran in kilometres per hour we need to convert it, so 1000 metres makes 1km. So to find the speed for the train per hour you need to divide 1km by an hour = 60mins
1km
________ = 16.6666666667 is the speed per hour
1hr/60mins
Art Exhibition Review
In this art piece, I am very fond of the colours used in the background which mostly caught my eyes, but when I had an even closer look I seen 2 people and behind them there's like a white flash surrounding them like its a spotlight. The way this art piece.. Graffiti was made is very enlightening, very extradic, and bold It's full of colours and it just makes you happy, it's a very big and well done art piece. From the 3 pictures I tend to find this one more affective, mostly because it caught my attention with all the patterns and colours along with the realistic people in it. As you can see it's surroundings and the place where it is, it's mostly just grey and white not full of colors at all but then someone decided to turn these grey walls into something meaningful.
Out of all the photos I tend to be more attracted to the graffiti art piece, to know that someone or even a group of people can make this or spray with a couple of cans is impressive. This art piece is huge, full of colors and flings, it brightens up your mood. It obviously took a while to make, looking at the surroundings it's in, this graffiti in my opinion is what makes this street and surroundings it's in look better and more creative, pop-culture.
The main point or figure of this picture is the one couple, there's a white light surrounding them from behind to make them stand out. I found it really imposing to me and the picture is basically based on them 2. The burst of colors as I said again, their very attractive it's a huge piece of work and it's alluring.

Is pollution a necessary evil?
I would say it is because well, pollution is caused because of human development for example we have vehicles, trains, fossil fuels, we have factories which is even worse that can cause air pollution but we need them in order to meet our daily needs, we need cars, trains and planes for transportation also boats like cruises etc. we need to maintain our standard needs. Industry causes a large amount of pollution, but these sacrifices must be made for our needs.
The things I would say that mostly cause pollution are power lines, pesticides, fertilizer dust, indoor air pollution (TV etc), and mining operations. These are the most effective to the environment! The most important pollution a we need to be most concerned about is air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution and radioactive pollution, it's harms our environment, air pollution can cause the creation of acid rain that would cause big damages to our plants and animals. Water pollution Gives us a less resource of freshwater to support our daily needs which isn't healthy for the Eco-system. But yet again we can't stop pollution because then we won't be able to meet our standard needs or maybe won't even survive because pollution is caused because of human development.
Air Pollution
Water Pollution
Radioactive Pollution
Pollution is the cause of global warming which is one of the most big problems we have in our environment. Here's a fact Over 1 million seabirds and 100,000 sea mammals are killed by pollution every year, and people who live in places with high levels do air pollutants have a 20% higher risk of death from lung cancer than people who live in less-polluted areas.
Overall we do this because of human development, with out it life would be EXTREMLY hard for us, but on the other hand it is a necessary evil towards our community, environment and Eco-system.

My sketch of an Eye
Materials used:
In the beginning for drawing my realistic eye, I wanted to show you the materials used for drawing my eye. I used a pencil, eraser, and card-stock paper. I also used a much darker pencil crayon to darken the eye to make it look realistic and deep.
The steps:
1. First I drew the shape of the eye on how I wanted it to be. If it helps, make the eye shape look like a seed for starters.
2. Secondly, I started to work in the inside of the eye. Here's another tip, you have to make sure the eyeball itself be good and round, or else it would look weird. You can use a coin to trace over to make the eyeball with a good rounded shape.
3. Start to draw the iris and the pupils in your eye. Start to shade in on the eye but leave a light little corner in your eye to make it look realistic. Make sure it's pure white to make it stand out.
4. If you are satisfied for what you've done in your eyeball, start to make the features look realistic by starting with the eyelashes and the texture like how some people have circles under their eyes, you could outline the top of your eye including the eyebrows.
5. Make sure you do not just draw the eyebrow in a straight, traced line shape then color it in, it has to be realistic do some streaks to make it look like actual hair same goes for the eyelashes, shade them in from light to dark or dark to light, make it deep. And for the eye, for the very dark spots, shade them dark but leave a little blotch of pure white in the eye, to make it look glistening.
6. You can add some of your own effects to your own eye, you can make your eye's blue, shading in, or even smudging it.
Here's an example:
