Ingredients:
Green Leaves- Spinach, Kale, Bok Choy, Collards, Dandelion,
Liquid Base- Water, Coconut water, coconut milk, almond milk
Ripe fruit- Bananas, Mangos, Berries, Avocado, Orange, Peaches, Pear, Apple, Pineapples, and grapes
2 cups of leafy greens, 2 cups of liquid base, 3 cups of ripe fruit
Blend leafy greens & liquid base and add fruits and blend again
